2012 GDP for 381 Metro Areas
The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) recently issued its advance 2012 gross domestic product (GDP) data for all 381 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA’s) — of which 305 experienced inflation-adjusted growth since 2011. BEA issues metro-area GDP 9 months after the end of the calendar year.
